m1bet Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Players
Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing any bet on m1bet. By using this platform you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User") and m1bet ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the m1bet website and all associated betting, casino, and gaming services accessible at m1bet.pro. These Terms apply to all players registered on the platform regardless of location within Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.
By creating an account on m1bet, logging in to an existing account, or placing a bet or wager through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the m1bet platform. m1bet reserves the right to refuse service to any user at its sole discretion.

One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one active m1bet account. Operating multiple accounts, whether using different mobile numbers, names, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits and withdrawals on m1bet are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. m1bet does not accept foreign currency deposits or cryptocurrency payments.
Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses and free bet credits issued by m1bet are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover conditions have been fully satisfied. m1bet may amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Security and KYC
m1bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Governing Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the player and m1bet and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the use of this platform. m1bet's decision on any dispute arising under these Terms is final and binding.
1. Eligibility to Use m1bet
Access to m1bet and use of any of its services is conditional on the player meeting all eligibility requirements set out in this clause. m1bet may require proof of eligibility at any time and may suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Players are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all eligibility requirements before using the platform. m1bet accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform in breach of these requirements.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any bet on m1bet. This requirement applies to all players in Bangladesh regardless of city, district, or division. m1bet employs age verification procedures and will close any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.
Single Account
Each individual person may hold only one registered account on m1bet. This restriction applies regardless of the device used, the mobile number registered, or the payment method attached to the account. m1bet uses technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, m1bet reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual and to void any pending bets or bonus balances.
Personal Use Only
m1bet accounts are strictly for the personal use of the registered account holder. Allowing any third party to access, operate, or fund your m1bet account is prohibited. m1bet accounts must not be used for any commercial betting operation, syndicate activity, or on behalf of any other person.
2. Account Registration and Verification
To access betting and casino services on m1bet you must create a registered account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and Bangladesh address. You are responsible for keeping all account information current and accurate at all times.
m1bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account where inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information has been provided during registration or at any later stage. Where an account is closed due to a registration breach, any funds held in the account will be reviewed and may be forfeited in full if the breach is material.
Accurate Information
You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly whenever any relevant information changes. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m1bet account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your password with any person. m1bet support staff will never ask you for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility.
Identity Verification
m1bet conducts identity verification (KYC) as part of its account security and compliance procedures. You may be asked at any time to supply a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund your account. Withdrawal processing will not commence until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. m1bet may place a temporary hold on account funds during the KYC review process.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
m1bet processes all financial transactions in BDT. There are no international transfer fees or currency conversion charges on any m1bet transaction. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible. m1bet reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal timelines vary by payment method but bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
Supported Payment Methods
m1bet accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets, as well as direct bank transfers to and from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Minimum Deposit
A minimum deposit threshold applies to all deposit transactions on m1bet. The current minimum deposit amount is displayed at the point of deposit in your account dashboard. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating payment account where technically possible.
Fraud and Chargebacks
Any attempt to defraud m1bet through the use of stolen payment methods, false identity information, or chargeback claims on completed deposit transactions constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. m1bet reserves the right to immediately suspend any account under investigation for fraud and to report suspected fraudulent activity to the relevant financial institutions.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
m1bet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, including any applicable wagering requirements and rollover conditions.
Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your m1bet wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. m1bet reserves the right to reclaim any bonus that has been obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in breach of the applicable promotion terms.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by m1bet carry a wagering requirement expressed as a rollover multiplier applied to the bonus amount (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in total qualifying bets before any withdrawal is permitted). Qualifying bet types and minimum odds thresholds for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion terms.
Promotion Validity
All promotions have a specified validity period. Bonus funds and free bet credits that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without notice. m1bet is not liable for any bonus that expires due to player inactivity.
Bonus Abuse
Players who are found to have exploited or abused m1bet promotions — including through the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinated bet placement designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or any other conduct that m1bet determines in its sole discretion to constitute bonus abuse — will have their bonus funds voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on m1bet. A breach of any of the prohibitions listed in this clause is grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
Money Laundering
Using m1bet to launder money or to process the proceeds of any criminal activity is strictly prohibited. m1bet maintains anti-money laundering (AML) controls including transaction monitoring, enhanced due diligence on high-value transactions, and mandatory reporting obligations. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering will be immediately suspended pending investigation and reported to the relevant authorities.
Fraudulent Activity
Any form of fraud directed at m1bet or other players on the platform is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: use of stolen payment credentials, creation of accounts using false identities, exploitation of software bugs or glitches, collusion with other players in skill-based games, or use of any automated betting software or bot.
Abusive Behaviour
Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at m1bet customer support staff or other platform users is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure. m1bet reserves the right to take legal action in response to threats, harassment, or defamatory conduct directed at the platform or its employees.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, m1bet's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. m1bet expressly excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including any loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.
m1bet does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, network disruptions, or events beyond m1bet's reasonable control. m1bet accepts no liability for any losses incurred by a player as a result of platform unavailability, provided that m1bet takes reasonable steps to minimise disruption.
7. Amendments to These Terms
m1bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, m1bet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number held on account. Continued use of the m1bet platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The most current version of these Terms is always available on the m1bet website at m1bet.pro/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes. If you do not agree with an amended version of these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting m1bet support.
